A monthly self-assessment · Tech Do, part two
A way with no waypoints is just a mood. This is the waypoint: twenty-five items across five movements, plus one check item per movement that doesn't count toward your score — it's there to catch you. Score it once, date it, and come back in thirty days.
Every item is written to be answered at either scale — personally, or for those you coordinate. If you don't manage anyone, answer for yourself. If you do, the toggle below lets you score both and keeps the lower of the two, because a personal habit that never became a team standard is the gap this test is built to find.
Rate each item from 0 to 10, honestly, against how it actually runs — not how you'd like it to run.
One item in every movement is a check, not a score — mixed in among the rest with no label. If a movement reads high (80%+) and its check item also reads high, the movement gets flagged in your results: you've likely built something that looks like the outcome without being the outcome.
