He writes about digital transformation, artificial intelligence applied to professional work, and career growth in tech, through a framework he calls “Experiential Selling in ICT.”
I didn’t start with a blog. I started with a client telling me “this will never work,” and my job was figuring out why he was right before I told him he was wrong.
I studied Electronic and Expert Systems back when “artificial intelligence” was a phrase that got you laughed out of a job interview. Then I spent thirty years selling, designing, and force-feeding technology to organisations that feared it more than they wanted it.
I started writing to make sense of what I was living through. The habit stuck.
