HTS SIGNAL
What changed.
What matters.
What to do next.
A weekly digest for experienced professionals who want to stay relevant, think independently and grow with AI — without drowning in noise.
One email. A few carefully selected signals. A point of view. Something useful to take into the week ahead.
For people who don’t need more news.
HTS Signal is for professionals, leaders and experienced people working around technology, infrastructure, digital transformation, business and AI. People who already know how to find information — but increasingly face a harder problem: which changes actually matter?
CHANGE
What is genuinely changing in AI, technology, work and business?
MEANING

What you’ll find in each issue
The Signal

One idea to steal
A concept, question or small practice you can use immediately.
WHY I WRITE IT
Technology is rarely the hardest part.
After decades watching technologies move from promise to adoption — networks, infrastructure, digital transformation and now AI — one pattern keeps repeating: the difficult part is understanding what changes for people once the technology arrives. HTS Signal is my way of filtering the week through that lens.
ARCHIVE
HTS Signal issues
Every edition also lives here. Read in order, or jump directly to the signal that matters to you.
The archive is ready. The first HTS Signal issue will appear here automatically as soon as it is published in the HTS Signal category.
MY WORK, PUBLISHED ELSEWHERE
Signals from my other publications
These Signals are not external recommendations. They are always my own publications, written and published on other platforms. On Medium you’ll find longer essays and more reflective pieces. On LinkedIn I write from direct experience — especially about selling, professional influence and what AI changes in everyday work. On Substack I explore how AI is reshaping people’s lives, judgement and behaviour. This section brings those distributed pieces back into one HiTechStories view.
Punti sull'empatia con il cliente? Allora sei spacciato!
Per anni ho venduto anche io così. Entravo da un cliente, cercavo di capire chi avevo davanti, ascoltavo le sfumature, osservavo le reazioni.
SIOSK? Super Intelligence or Synthetic Knowledge?
"Artificial Intelligence" has never really convinced me as a name. Not now, and not back when I was an engineering student, when nobody talked about these things.
AI Was Supposed to Be the Great Equalizer. It May Do the Exact Opposite.
When everyone has access to intelligence, intelligence stops being the advantage. AI is being sold as The Great Equalizer.
SIGNALS I’M WATCHING
Digital Changes
Il segreto dell’IA non è fare le cose più velocemente. È fare cose che prima pensavi impossibili.
Negli ultimi mesi ho sentito spesso questa frase: “L’IA mi fa risparmiare 2 ore al giorno.”

A few years ago, I walked into a room with a CISO who thought he just needed a firewall upgrade. That’s what the RFP said.
